Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please email us directly at instantkarmaasheville@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to discuss shipping options with you.

U.S. Shipping Rates

  • $5 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $50

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50


Returns & Exchanges

This return policy applies only to purchases made through our online store.

We accept returns only for defective items or shipping errors reported within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item

Once the issue is reviewed, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.

All other sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.


Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to four weeks for the full refund process, which includes:

  • Return shipping transit time (5–10 business days)

  • Processing time after receipt (3–5 business days)

  • Bank processing time (5–10 business days)

In many cases, refunds are completed sooner.


How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. View your order under “Complete Orders” in the My Account menu

  3. Click the “Return Item(s)” button

You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.
